- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:

- Express Delivery: Estimated 1-2 business days.
Delivery times may vary based on location, customs processing, and unforeseen delays.
Delivery Issues & Lost Parcels
- If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check the tracking details provided.
- If your order is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact the courier first. If you still need assistance, reach out to our customer support at support@apiscosmetics.co.uk.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered by the courier.
Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages
- Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for resending.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
