We offer the following shipping options:

  • Express Delivery: Estimated 1-2 business days.

Delivery times may vary based on location, customs processing, and unforeseen delays.

Delivery Issues & Lost Parcels

  • If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check the tracking details provided.
  • If your order is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact the courier first. If you still need assistance, reach out to our customer support at support@apiscosmetics.co.uk.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered by the courier.

Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages

  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for resending.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
