It also allows deeper penetration of vitamin C and niacinamide for radiant, silk-smooth skin.

Usage Instructions
  1. Weigh 18 g of powder into a bowl
  2. Add 30 ml of Flash Glow Illuminating Toner/Activator and mix to smooth consistency
  3. Apply evenly to cleansed face, neck, and décolletage with a brush
  4. Leave on for approx. 5 minutes (adjust based on skin sensitivity)
  5. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water
